I wouldn’t offer if I weren’t qualified. As a REALTOR® I am owner of my own Real Estate business, while working under the DOC Real Estate Brokerage. I recently sold another successful business I had owned since 2001, offering repair and installation of plumbing, heating and cooling in existing homes. This business experience helped equip me for the tasks required of an effective real estate professional. I learned from that experience that honesty, integrity and hard work are probably the most important qualities in working with a client. Also, knowing what makes the ‘insides’ of a house ‘tick’ is a great help to me as a REALTOR®.
